A black named Shawn Dromgoole has been walking with hundreds of people in Nashville, USA, for two weeks after the death of George Floyd, who says “I’m afraid to walk around my neighborhood”.
“Walk With Shawn” marches, which started to support 29-year-old Dromgoole, turned into a movement that spread to different cities of the country, Dromgoole last walked with 800 people.
Dromgoole on May 27; Two days after George Floyd was killed by the police in Minneapolis, he said he was afraid to wander around the street as a black in Nashville, where he was born and raised, and shared this concern with an app called “Nextdoor” and Facebook.
Shawn Dromgoole said in his message, “Yesterday I wanted to walk around my neighborhood. But I couldn’t get out of the door because of the fear of going back to my home right. I wanted to walk around today. But I couldn’t do it again.

More than 300 comments came to Dromgoole’s message, according to CNN’s report. All of these people offered to walk to Dromgoole together.
